As long as you can work to envision your success, you can achieve it. Many of us have ambivalent feelings some of them are feelings of skepticism and others are feelings of belief. Give voice to the feelings of belief so that you can relax and get the most out of the experience. If you are one hundred percent skeptical, then hypnosis is not for you.

Third, ask any questions that you would like to ask. Every question is respected by most hypnotherapists. It is part of rapport building. I have never heard a stupid question. When your questions are answered, you will be more comfortable.

Four, wear loose clothing. If clothes are too tight, it will be difficult for you to relax. You need to first relax in order to go deeper into a hypnotic state. The more comfortable that you can be, the easier it will be for you to be hypnotized and to experience success reaching your goal.
